What we collect
When you join, we collect your email address, the consent notice version and time, limited UTM campaign values, your initial landing path, the referring site’s hostname, and page language. After signup, you may optionally tell us your role and a price range you would seriously consider. We do not ask for your phone number, postal address, or free-text profile data.
Why we use it
We use this information to operate the MechaSeed founding waitlist, understand which audiences and channels show genuine interest, share prototype progress, invite early-access feedback, and communicate about a possible founding batch.
Email and consent
This MVP uses single opt-in. By actively submitting the form next to its communication notice, you ask to receive the described MechaSeed emails. Resend stores the contact, Segment membership, Topic preference, and global unsubscribe state, and processes email delivery. Every marketing email provides an unsubscribe route. A previous global unsubscribe is not silently reversed by submitting the form again.
Cloudflare
Cloudflare hosts the site and Worker API and provides aggregate Web Analytics such as page views, approximate country, referring site, and performance. We do not send your email address or profile answers to web analytics, and we do not use ad pixels or device fingerprinting.
Retention and deletion
We keep waitlist information while the MechaSeed research and launch purpose remains active, or until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it, subject to limited records needed to honor a suppression request or legal obligation. We periodically review inactive data and remove data that no longer serves the stated purpose.
Your choices
Use the unsubscribe link in any email to stop product updates. To request access, correction, or deletion, email hello@mechaseed.com. We may need to verify that the address belongs to you before fulfilling a request.
Changes
We may update this policy as the project changes. A new effective date will appear here, and material changes will be communicated when appropriate. This policy will be reviewed for the markets we actively target before a production launch.
